This agreement governs the use of our digital platform for controlling technical building systems. It applies to facility teams, technical service providers, and owners of commercial properties in Austria.
The platform provides functions for planning, monitoring, and optimizing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This includes sensor-based consumption recording, automated evaluations, and recommendations for the facility team. The service is provided as software-as-a-service without warranty for the technical availability of individual sensors or system components.
Users are responsible for the correct configuration of connected measuring devices and for regularly checking data quality. Access credentials must be treated as confidential and must not be shared with third parties. Changes to building automation may only be carried out by authorized specialist personnel.
The platform provides analyses and recommendations but does not replace an on-site professional inspection. We are not liable for damages resulting from incorrect sensor data, interrupted data transmission, or improper implementation of our recommendations. Liability for intent and gross negligence remains unaffected.
Consumption data is processed exclusively for the optimization of building systems. Data is only shared with third parties with explicit consent or when required by legal provisions. Details on the processing of personal data can be found in our privacy policy.
Use begins with the activation of access and runs for an indefinite period. Either party may terminate the agreement with four weeks' notice to the end of the month. Upon termination, stored consumption data will be exported upon request and subsequently deleted.
We reserve the right to adjust these terms if legal framework conditions or the scope of functions of the platform change. We will notify users of significant changes by email at least four weeks before they take effect. If the user does not object within this period, the new terms are deemed accepted.
